Our comprehensive system diagnostics service forms the basis for many of our in-store services. Our Flatten & Re-install and Full System Service products both incorporate this diagnostic service at no extra cost. Sometimes, you might just need to know what is wrong with your machine, perhaps so you can fix it yourself. Our System Diagnostics service includes an in-depth hardware test with an industry-leading diagnostic application, and a thorough manual check-over by one of our experienced technicians. You will then receive a report containing the results of these tests, as well as a quote to correct any issues uncovered.
